Train the Trainer - Passenger Service Agent 

DSC 0855 500pxIf you are looking to add value and enhance your tutors/trainers knowledge to deliver PSA or airport courses with confidence, we can provide practical and job focussed PSA training. The course includes module on instructional techniques, teaching styles and best practices to plan, develop and deliver training courses.

 

You trainers will gain comprehensive knowledge of the Passenger Service Agent role and responsibilities coupled with aviation terminology and procedures delivered by experienced ground handling professionals. Our programme is designed to provide understanding of the 'job specific' skills as well as the airport customer service training. Your trainers will learn how to check-in and board passengers to then pass the knowledge with confidence to their students. Using our system simulator, they will have the opportunity to practise passenger service agent duties, based on real life scenarios.
