Our 1-to-1 Interview Preparation session is run by Richard Maun, a best-selling author of 6 internationally published career books. During his career Richard enabled hundreds of managers to change careers and secure new ?jobs; he certainly knows what skills are needed and the techniques that work in real life.

Richard will work with you to improve your chances of success at job interview. The Process

Effective interview preparation is crucial. Our 1-to-1 Interview Sessions are delivered by Skype, so we can coach candidates from all over the world; they last approx 60 minutes. Additionally, prior to the session you will receive supporting materials with interview techniques and practice questions, designed to ensure you learn how to structure and personalise your answers - you will practise them during the session. Richard will begin with a short MOCK interview to assess your strengths and weaknesses and plan the session according to your individual needs. During the session you will practise a variety of interview questions, and you will receive essential feedback on how to improve and succeed at your job interview.
