The Overview

Our 11-days CPD Accredited Passenger Service Agent Course is designed for candidates aspiring to work within airport passenger handling.

You will gain comprehensive knowledge of the Passenger Service Agent role and responsibilities coupled with aviation terminology and procedures. Learn 'job specific' skills and benefit from our bespoke aviation customer service training, gaining the ability to recognise and meet passengers' needs and expectations, ensuring customer satisfaction.

Learn how to check-in and board passengers, using the most up to date system simulator, designed based on current airline Departure Control Systems. Using our system simulator, you will have the opportunity to practise passenger service agent duties, based on real life scenarios.

Through role-plays based on airport scenarios and a variety of other learning activities, you will develop the necessary skills to perform in a front-line customer service role, greatly increasing your employability.

Candidate Requirements:
